For the top: 0.90 m for size 2, 1 m for size 4, 1.10 m for size 6, 1.25 m for size 8, 1.35 m for size 10.

For the dress: 1.10 m for size 2, 1.25 m for size 4, 1.45 m for size 6, 1.60 m for size 8, 1.75 m for size 10.

For the mid-length dress: 1.50 m for age 2, 1.70 m for age 4, 1.90 m for age 6, 2.10 m for age 8, 2.20 m for age 10.
